Private Therapeutic Yoga

Service Description

Private (in home) lessons consist of customized yoga practices and supplemental therapeutic strengthening/stretching exercises in order to progress your yoga practice and achieve any physical/mobility related goals we set. Furthermore, poses would be modified as necessary in order to accommodate your physical restrictions (ex. injury, joint replacement, etc.) while optimizing biomechanics and minimizing excessive stress/strain on your body.
